Villa of the first half of the 20th century, regionalist style. Bourgeois architecture. Very elongated rectangular ground plan. Square spaces symmetrically arranged. Main facade, with a tower (ending in a moulded pinnacle). Portico with half-point arches, on which there is a terrace. Saddle roof on the main body and two-saddled on the tower.
