Eclectic style construction, recently renovated for educational purposes. Originally Tollet´ s work (1902). Situated on the present Esteiro Campus of Corunna University. It used to be part of the old hospital of San Carlos de la Marina. On its longitudinal ground plan three floors plus the attic space are superimposed. It displays an original structure of load-bearing de walls. A big continuous gallery, which was installed in the middle of the 20th century, is worthy of note.
