Building by Tollet (1902), in the eclectic style. Situated on the Esteiro Campus, former hospital of San Carlos de la Marina. The renovation, carried out by Alfredo Alcalá Navarro (1996), has produced a magnificent building, in a traditional style on the outside and functional in its interior. Building system of thick walls of plastered stone. Large windows framed by stonework. Two continuous galleries are added to the building on its main facade. Use of modern materials. Updated design.
