House from the second half of the 18th century, with a rural-type baroque style, although very elegant. Originally it was a mill. Irregular L-shaped ground plan. The walls and corners of stone fragments contrast with the frames of the stonework spaces on display. On one of the side facades there is a coat of arms of the town of Ferrol. Moulded cornice. Roof of local tile. Noteworthy stonework front in the interior courtyard which used to lead into the old mill, finishing in a semicircular pediment.
