O Lagar is located in an old press which constitutes a real museum of the wine tradition of O Rosal. Its offer is based on seasonal products and focuses on culinary resources in the area to prepare luscious and unique “tapas” inspired by the Galician culinary traditions. O Lagar has its own orchard where they get some of the delicious products that can be tasted in its establishment.
