The Vicente Risco Museographic Collection aims to promote the work of this author, placing it within the context of Galicia in the first half of the 20th century. It highlights the importance of the documentary resources held by the Fundación Vicente Risco for the history and culture of Galicia.

The exhibition focuses on the figure of Vicente Risco, his ideals, works and contributions to Galician society, reflecting how his work was intertwined with the times and interests of his surroundings.

The tour begins on the ground floor, where Vicente Risco is introduced through portraits created by Galician artists as a tribute to his figure. This space also hosts various activities related to Risco’s interests, such as book presentations, music and lectures, fostering a dynamic atmosphere and interaction with the public.

The first floor is divided into different areas dedicated to themes such as art, history, literature, among others. These spaces display works by Risco as well as other authors and artists with whom he had connections. The exhibition spaces have been carefully designed so as to preserve the works and ensure that visitors feel welcome, as if they were entering the home of Don Vicente.

The tour culminates on the second floor, where additional works continuing Risco's trajectory are exhibited, including a research room. In this final space, the author's interests are fully explored, allowing his figure to be seen, read, experienced and respected in a thorough manner.

The exhibition narrative is organised in chronological order and shows Risco's relevance as a thinker, writer, researcher, art theorist, politician and creator, throughout his life. The layout of the exhibition allows it to be adapted to different types of visitors, from school groups to individuals or groups interested in specific aspects of Vincente Risco’s work.
