Description
The San Paio de Antealtares Monastery is one of the most important
in the city and one of its façades faces the Cathedral’s Porta Santa, in
Praza da Quintana. It houses an interesting and extensive collection of
sacred art, with sculptures, paintings, gold/silver articles and ornaments,
among which we can highlight the old altar of St. James. The museum
is accessed through the church.
