FozCamp is a peaceful, well-maintained campsite with spectacular sea views. Located on the Foz seafront promenade, it offers spacious grassy pitches for motorhomes, caravans, tents, campervans and camper vans. It is a 7-minute walk from Foz, a stone’s throw from Llas beach (a 2-minute walk) and Rapadoira (7 minutes), or the famous Catedrales beach (a 20-minute drive), dotted with spectacular sea arches. In Foz, a former whaling port, the sea gives way to the beach: around 15 km of beaches with the finest white sand line this estuary. Its marshes are home to one of the largest colonies of waterbirds in the north-west, watched over from above by seagulls, shearwaters and gannets from the neighbouring cliffs. The Foz Estuary is a natural paradise not only for birds, but also for lovers of water sports: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing and sailing.
