This is one of the great cathedral museums of Galicia. Lugo cathedral houses an extensive art collection with works of sculpture, painting, gold and silverware and numismatics, in which we can highlight various pieces that range from the Palaeolithic to the present time. The famous “Crismón de Quiroga” stands out as a 5th-century piece and old proof of the presence of Christianity in Galicia. It is also interesting to visit the cloister, of Galician baroque style, the triforium and the north tower.
