Magnicent palace built at the beginning of the 17th century by one of the greatest local story-tellers, Don Juan Fernández de Boán y Landecho, spending the money earned by his uncle the Judge, promotor of works in Abruciños, with his shield on the upper part of the second floor, under the running balcony, where the arms of the Boán and Landecho familes can be seen.
