Private property not open to the public. It is located at the access from Viveiro to Covas. The building is rectangular in shape, with two access doors, one through a circular arch and another with a basket-handle arch, both reminiscent of Isabelline Gothic. The walls are rubblework and are resurfaced, the roof is tiled in some parts and has slabs in others. An enormous chimney stands out between the roofs. The chapel is on the north side.
