The River Arnoia has the largest drainage basin in the province of Ourense, measuring 740 km2. The Silver Way crosses it at Allariz, where it is surrounded by green areas, such as the Arnado River Walk, an avenue lined with alder, plane and poplar trees, among other
species of trees.
