Modernist building of considerable dimensions. It has a slate roof, combining domes with attics (in French style). To be highlighted are the enormous windows as well as their profuse ornamental decoration. This Pazo was the property of Montero Ríos (1832-1914), president of the Government, turning this place into an important forum for political questions. At present, the Pazo has become the Centre of Studies into Forestry and Agricultural Research, giving rise to the fact that the property has acquired an major collection of forestry species.
