To get to this waterfall from Viveiro, take the LU-540 road towards the parish of Santo Estevo de Valcarría. As you arrive you find the first signs for the Pozo da Ferida and you can then park your car where the road ends and continue on foot along a dirt track.  

After walking 600m you come to the waterfall, which is on the River Xudreiro, a tributary of the River Landro. The water plunges from a height of 20 metres creating an enormous natural pool.
