Description

The river Pesqueiras cascades into the river Miño forming several waterfalls and rapids. On the road between Monforte and Chantada, we will take the turn-off to Pesqueiras and the Belesar reservoir. From there we will continue on foot through riverside vegetation. There is no path or trail and no signposting, so it is not only quite difficult to see the waterfalls, but also difficult to get close to the river itself.
