A MIÑA VIAXE
mailto:?subject=Content from Tourism of Galicia: FERVENZA DO POMBAR&body=I recommend you read the information FERVENZA DO POMBAR extracted from the Tourism of Galicia site on page https://www.turismo.gal/recurso/-/detalle/210721000371/fervenza-do-pombar?langId=en_US%26tp=40004330
Starting
out in Quiroga, take the LU-P5001 road towards A Cruz de Outeiro. Shortly
before getting there, you will see a wooden arrow on the left-hand side of the
road that marks the start of the path that you have to follow for 920 metres
down to the O Pombar waterfall. On the first stretch of the descent, you walk
through chestnut trees along a broad path that gradually turns into a narrow,
rocky trail which makes the descent hard going.
IMPORTANT: You will often need
to use your hands to climb down and climb back up safely. This is, therefore, a
place that is not easily accessible.
