In A Roca, in the municipality of Ponte Caldelas, there is a natural viewpoint from where you can see the canyon of the Verdugo river and the high section of the waterfalls. To see them up close, it is necessary to go cross-country. The access is not signposted. The Verdugo River forms a narrow canyon that is very difficult to access. Three successive waterfalls can be seen dropping 40 metres, forming large pools in the river bed; the highest drop, over 10 m, is the one at the bottom.
