This is one of the highest waterfalls in O Courel, as it falls from a height of roughly 20 metres and flows all year round.

On the outskirts of the village of A Seara, in Quiroga, there is an old bridge that crosses the River Selmo. Join the trail here that points the way to Laguna de Lucenza. After walking for roughly 300 metres, you will find the fervenza do Fócaro waterfall on the left.

IMPORTANT: Take care as the altitude means there will most likely be snow in winter.
