From Xestosa (municipality of Dumbría) we will follow the path that goes down to the Xallas river, and before the confluence of the Xallas and Xestosa rivers, we will take the path on the left. The access is over the river and is not signposted.  To see the rest of the falls, we will have to climb the mount O Petón da Escaleira, which is to the left of the river. These waterfalls can be found in the Xestosa river, a tributary of the Xallas river.
