We will take the road from Forcarei to Chamosa and on the way we will see the upper part of the waterfall. To get there, we must follow a path that will take us to the lower part of the Regueiro, about 800 m from the start of the route. The waterfall is found in the Outeiro da Cruz stream, a tributary of the Sorribas river, in turn a tributary of the Lérez.
