In the parish of A Peregrina in the municipality of Santiago de Compostela, we will take the DP-7804 road until we reach the bridge that crosses the river. Then we will continue on foot and follow the path to the right, from where we will already see the waterfall at the bottom of the slope. The Gatofero stream rises upstream on the Modesto Anido mountain. It flows into the Tambre River. Around the waterfall there are two watermills and two medieval bridges. There are no signposts to get to the waterfall.
