This is a modern building showing characteristics representative of the eclectic architecture of the end of the 19th century. It is currently used as a school. It is two storeys high and has a single exterior body. The decoration on the lintels of the windows is worthy of mention, as are the balcony on the main facade and its decoration and the lanterns in the central part of the roof.
