The building was built by Manuel Gómez Román in 1928 for Joaquín de Miguel. The most interesting feature is the entrance, which is framed by two smooth pilasters with edges in the corners and a pediment, which shows the number of the house. The architect is famous for perfectly and artistically achieving harmony between the building and the entrance doors, something which was normally left to the carpenter or blacksmith.
