This building was built by Jenaro de la Fuente Domínguez in two phases, the first of which was in 1892 and the second in 1900, although the building forms one whole. It is a highly decorated eclectic building, with large reliefs and a balanced rhythm in its spaces. Some of the more interesting decorative elements include the paired columns with pilasters and the central balconies with stone balustrades decorated with interlocking circles and rectangles. Originally it consisted of four floors and a loft, although this latter space was later converted into fifth floor. It is a symmetrical building, with a protruding central section, bolsters and pairs of fluted pilasters with rings, which are Tuscan order on the first floor, Ionic order on the second and Corinthian on the third.
