This building was built in 1910 by José Franco Montes. It is asymmetrical with a tower on the left hand side, which in terms of its shape is different from the rest of the building. This building is the highest expression of the influence of "Viennese Secessionist" architecture on modernism in Vigo. The most interesting feature is the granite ornamentation, which includes circles, flat discs surrounded by leaves, small reliefs of plants, fluting, etc. The two independent balconies on the first and second floor of the tower are also of special interest as the balustrade is worked in stone and adorned with flower stems and leaves.
