Building designed in 1949 by the architect Francisco Castro Represas. The facade is divided into three bodies differentiated by adjoining, bolstered pillars, and by two neo-baroque doors at the sides. What is most noteworthy are the numerous large windows separated by slim pilasters which run around the whole building; and the continuous balcony on the ground floor. The decoration is mostly neo-baroque: split curved pediments, pinnacles, balustrades, lagrimones, earflaps, etc.
