Building designed in 1927 by Jenaro de la Fuente Álvarez. It is an academic eclectic building with a symmetrical main facade and a projecting central body which breaks the flatness of the whole. The main door is between two pilasters and a lintel with side apertures for natural illumination. The central body rises above the cornice with an attic. What is noteworthy here is an oculus over the opening and a neo-baroque split pediment. All the floors appear differentiated, although on the four upper and on the sides of the central body, the openings divide into three, by means of pillars on the second floor and pilasters on the others. As regards ornamentation, there are vase shapes, corbels, filleted, fluted, denticulated, medallions, garlands etc.
