Building designed in 1859-1860 by José María Ortiz. It has two facades, the main one looks onto the Plaza de la Constitución and the back overlooks the Plaza de la Princesa. It currently houses an exhibition room and the library of the Fundación Penzol, but previously it was the Town Hall. On the main facade horizontality is emphasised with cornices and a central portion is distinguishable by matching pilasters. On the first floor openings covered with curved pediments are worthy of note and on the second floor with triangular pediments. Both pediments have acroters and palmette in the central part or apex. The ground floor is notable for its continuous bolster and the upper part of the building is crowned by a balustrade and a central profile on which the town´ s coat of arms is displayed.
