Built at the beginning of the 19th century according to plans by the architect Fernando Domínguez y Romay. Made in granite ashlar with slate roofs. It consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. Austere in decoration, the masonry is slightly cushioned on the ground floor, and on the first floor, the balconies have wrought-iron railings. It is worth noticing the triangular pediment that crowns the building, with the arms of the Marquis of Santa Cruz.
