Eclectic-style building of the 20th century (1901), belonging to the historic-artistic whole of Barrio de A Magdalena. The facade which gives onto Magdalena street has two levels. On the ground floor spaces have a curvilinear finish and the main door seems jambed and its lintel is higher. On the main floor spaces are preceded by a continuous balcony, which is only broken to give way to the viewpoint. The facade on San Eugenio street is also symmetrical with respect to two central spaces, the one on the first floor also with a viewpoint. The spaces on this floor are individualised and stand out because of their height. The walls have a red covering, except for apertures and corners, which are white.
