Modernist building of Rodolfo Ucha Piñeiro, one of the most representative architects of this movement in Galicia, who left many examples of his art in the town of Ferrol. It belongs to the historic-artistic whole of the A Magdalena district. It consists of a ground floor and three levels. The first floor with a wrought iron balcony between two small wooden galleries. The other two floors with continuous galleries (pilasters with Ionic motifs and archivolt decoration on windows). Main door framed by magnificent pieces of stonework.
