Eclectic-style building (1910), by Rodolfo Ucha Piñeiro, one of the best Galician architects of the early 20th century. Former market square, the structure is bounded by the walls of the Ferrol arsenal. It has a rectangular ground plan of functional character. Its modernist facade decorated with geometric motifs, its doors and railed off spaces and projecting pilasters are worthy of note.
