Eclectic-style building by Julio Galán Carvajal (1908), it was the former antituberculosis dispensary in the town of Ferrol. The building is surrounded by a stone wall with spiked iron rails. Central plan ground plan, with a different treatment in the decoration of the facades. Corners rounded with horizontal fasciae of stone. Large cornice with pinnacles as finish. Two-gabled roof with curved tiles.
