Building constructed towards 1775, it has recently been restored to house the library of the Esteiro campus of Corunna University. It consists of three floors and an attic added later. Painstaking traditional building, preserving a magnificent shoe on one of the lateral facades. Interesting combination of granite ashlars and gneiss and slate pieces on its walls, where iron balustrades project.
