Description


It occupies the rooms of the Bendaña manor house, from the 18th century, located in the centre of the historic quarter and converted into a surrealist museum that is unique in the world. The museum’s essential objective is to promote the study of the collection of works by the Galician artist Eugenio Granell, of surrealism and similar currents. It has valuable collections of Granell and other surrealists like Picasso, Miró, Lam, Breton… as well as an interesting collection of ethnic art. Temporary exhibitions related to surrealism. It organises concerts, conferences, plays, cinema seasons, etc.
