Building designed by Antonio Palacios Ramilo in 1941, although only a part of it was constructed. The interesting thing is the design of the stone facades, built in uncut masonry blocks. This technique gives it a rugged appearance, except for the buttresses, window frames and voussoirs. The last of these are cut, and smooth, sticking out from the rest of the construction. Only a small part of it was built.
