To get to this waterfall, take the AG-11 highway towards A Pobra do Caramiñal until exit 31, then continue on the C-305 road for almost 8 kilometres until you see a sign for A Ponte Barbanza. Follow the sign, pass through the villages of As Romeiras and Santa Cruz, and carry on until you reach the parking area at the River Pedras. Park your car here and continue on foot.

Walk alongside the river from here for 1.2km until you reach the natural pools on the River Pedras, then carry on for 500m more, pass the A Misarela medieval bridge, and come to the waterfall, which is on the River San Xoán.
