mailto:?subject=Content from Tourism of Galicia: FERVENZA DO ÉZARO&body=I recommend you read the information FERVENZA DO ÉZARO extracted from the Tourism of Galicia site on page https://www.turismo.gal/recurso/-/detalle/210709000176/fervenza-do-ezaro?langId=en_US%26tp=40004330
The O Ézaro waterfall, on the River Xallas, is one of the most spectacular in all of Galicia as it plunges into the sea from a height of roughly 30m.
To get to it, from O Ézaro take the turn-off to the hydroelectric power station and marina, where you can park up, and follow a wooden walkway on foot. This is a short but pleasant stroll that you can also start in the small port at the western end of the O Ézaro beach. Simply follow the promenade to the start of the bridge over the River Xallas.
From
here, follow the course of the river above the inlet and take in the towering
granite buttress of the Pindo mountain on the other shore, which is known as
the Celtic Olympus of Galicia.
