A MIÑA VIAXE
mailto:?subject=Content from Tourism of Galicia: FERVENZA DO BARBANTIÑO&body=I recommend you read the information FERVENZA DO BARBANTIÑO extracted from the Tourism of Galicia site on page https://www.turismo.gal/recurso/-/detalle/210709000177/fervenza-do-barbantino?langId=en_US
To visit this waterfall, take the N-541 road that connects the cities of Pontevedra and Ourense towards Maside. Once there, head towards Listanco passing by the church of San Miguel de Armeses and continue on to the village of A Casanova.
The next stage is on foot for roughly 1 hour until you come to the sign for the recreation area and waterfall. At the river a metal bridge leads to the waterfall which plunges from a height of 15 metres into a large natural pool.
A
small recreation area awaits over the other side of the bridge. Climbing to the
far side you come to the muiños das Penas mills and next to
them is a walkway that offers views of the waterfall from above.
