This waterfall lies on the River Cambás, a tributary of the Mandeo that is formed by the meeting of the barranca da Loba ravine and the rego de Palanca brook. It can be visited by driving to O Couce, in the parish of San Pedro de Cambás, located in Aranga. At the entrance to the village there is an information board for the SM-04 Val de Cambás trail, which is the fully signposted trail that you will be following for 1.4 Km.
The
path sets off through corn fields and then passes through a forest before
reaching an oak wood. After crossing through it, you are treated to a full,
face-on view of the waterfall, which stands roughly 20 metres high.
