In the parish of Antas, in the place of Abelaído, we leave the car.  The waterfalls are already visible in the distance. To get there you have to go down a track and then follow a path, not very visible, very steep and slippery, which takes us to the foot of the waterfalls. The access is not signposted. These waterfalls are located in the Verdugo river, which flows down between the O Cando and O Suído mountain ranges, forming a narrow valley. At Abelaído, the river flows embedded to form several waterfalls.
