We can find this waterfall in Cavadosa, in the municipality of Cerdedo-Cotobade. On the old road, from the bridge that crosses the river, you can already see several waterfalls of different heights. The access is signposted. It is part of a circular hiking route of just over 13 kilometres along the banks of the Seixo river and the slopes of the Seixo mountain in the Cando mountain range. The Seixo river flows down from the Seixo mountain through a narrow valley into which it fits, forming numerous natural pools, rapids and small waterfalls. It also receives water from the Porto dos Bois stream.
