A MIÑA VIAXE
mailto:?subject=Content from Tourism of Galicia: POZO DA GRADA&body=I recommend you read the information POZO DA GRADA extracted from the Tourism of Galicia site on page https://www.turismo.gal/recurso/-/detalle/211001000020/pozo-da-grada?langId=en_US%26tp=40004330
The
Poza da Grada waterfall, which is over 10 metres high, is on the River Pequeno,
a tributary of the Lor. To get there, take the LU-651 road that goes from
Seoane do Courel to Hospital da Condesa and, a short distance after Seona, take
the turn-off onto the LU-P-5601 towards Meiraos and Vilasibil.
From Vilasibil walk down along the path leading
through a chestnut grove and come out on the route to Paderne. After passing by
the second group of drying rooms to the left of the path, you will find one of
these buildings next to a steep meadow, at the bottom of which is the
waterfall.
The
walk, 3km out and back, is quite demanding. The final descent is down a steep
slope that can be quite slippery when it rains.
