A MIÑA VIAXE
mailto:?subject=Content from Tourism of Galicia: FERVENZA DA REXIDOIRA&body=I recommend you read the information FERVENZA DA REXIDOIRA extracted from the Tourism of Galicia site on page https://www.turismo.gal/recurso/-/detalle/211004000046/fervenza-da-rexidoira?langId=en_US%26tp=40004330
On the AC-840 road
from Curtis to Betanzos, at Km 19, there is a junction on the left heading to A
Rexedoira and Fervenzas.
When
you reach the old Casa de Peones roadworkers’ cottage, park up and start the
walk. After crossing the River Mendo, follow a dirt track leading to the
waterfalls that is signposted as SM17 Fervenzas da Rexidoira, which is part of
the Senllas do Mandeo network. After about 200 metres you will come to a
signpost that leads to waterfalls 1 and 2.
From
here, following the signposted trail again, you first come to the path down to
the third waterfall, called Pozo da Ola, and, a little further on, the
final waterfall, called O Batán.
IMPORTANT: Pay close attention
to the terrain as you walk as some sections become very slippery with heavy
rainfall.
