mailto:?subject=Content from Tourism of Galicia: POZO DO INFERNO&body=I recommend you read the information POZO DO INFERNO extracted from the Tourism of Galicia site on page https://www.turismo.gal/recurso/-/detalle/211005000066/pozo-do-inferno?langId=en_US
Leaving the centre of
Ortigueira, take the AC-862 road to A Ponte de Mera then continue on the
DP-6121 road to Serantes in Santo Adrao de Veiga parish.
Follow
the signs from there towards O Casón/Castelo and 200m on an arrow guides you
towards Pozo do Inferno. You can drive to the Castelo Casón car park and leave
your car there and then walk the hiking trail that also leads to the Casón
waterfall. This is quite a seasonal waterfall, so it almost dries up in less
rainy periods.
The
Pozo do Inferno waterfall flows all year round and has a wooden bridge
that gives you the chance to get closer and even watch it pass under your feet.
