To reach this waterfall from Caraballo, take the DP-1914 road to the village of San Paio, in the parish of San Xens de Entrecruces. Park next to the chapel of San Paio, which is the start or end of the PR-G 142 Ruta das Férvedas trail. The path from here to the waterfall is signposted.

The San Paio or Entrecruces waterfall is on the River Outón which, at this point falls from a height of 40 metres due to the drop formed by the Meridiana Depression.

The surrounding area contains riverside plants and trees and old mills to admire.
