Parish: A Cela (Santa María)
Lobios - Ourense
In A Cela, in Lobios, you can find the Poza da Seima waterfall, also known as the Pozo Negro. Once you cross the village and pass by the final houses, we will leave our vehicle to do the rest of the journey on foot, in total we will walk 3.4 kilometers (round trip)
We will take a path that leaves on the left and we will walk for it about 200 meters until we link with another one that, although it is marked with a mark of wrong road, is the one that we must follow. At the beginning it is paved and descends abruptly but, and little later, it becomes a sidewalk that descends wrapped by an oak grove and reaches the very edge of the pool. From there we can see how the river Salas falls from 15 meters high giving rise to a spectacular waterfall.
