To get to see them, on the road that links Baiona with A Guarda, we detour towards Mougás and take the road that passes to the right of the church and goes up towards the mountain. After about 2.5 kilometres, there is a path on the left that will take us to our destination. The first waterfall on the right is 1.3 km from the junction. It is the Mougás river.  Continuing along the path, you will come to an intersection where you can take the path on the left that goes down to Regueiro do Foxo. Here there are several small waterfalls where the water finds its way out between large granite rocks. You have to be very careful because the rocks are slippery, so it is highly recommended to wear suitable footwear and carry good hiking poles. Once we have finished with the waterfalls at the bottom, we will take the path to the right or upper path at the fork, and we will arrive at the largest of the natural pools, just 300 metres away. This stream has different names: Foxo, Peiteal or das Pías stream. There are signposts on the road.
