From A Estrada we take the EP-7001 road that crosses the Umia river until we reach Codeseda. There we detour to the left towards Trabadela and, before arriving, we take a road on the right, which we follow to the end. There we leave the car and start walking. We detour a little to the right and then immediately turn right again onto a dirt road. Following this road, we enter a forest that leads us to a stone-paved path that descends towards a stream, the Os Rastreiros Stream, which we will cross. We will continue along the path that can be sensed on the other bank until we reach some meadows, and in the background we will find the A Agrela stream. We will go up the right bank and, after about 200 metres, we will find the waterfall. The route is not signposted.
