On the A Guarda-Baiona road, we take the junction to Mougás and follow the road to the right of the church, towards the mountain. We take the first dirt road on the right and in 2.3 km we reach the Viladesuso river, where we will find several waterfalls and pools. The river Boi or Viladesuso rises in the Sobreiras (Cork oaks) do Faro, which was declared a Private Area of Natural Interest in January 2011, becoming the first one in Galicia. It is one of the few known cork oak stands in regions with an oceanic climate in Galicia, which gives it a notable biogeographical singularity. The access is signposted.
